Our students had a chance to learn about songpyeon, a traditional Korean rice cake often enjoyed during Chuseok, and make their own songpyeon. They learned about the meaning of songpyeon and how it is traditionally made, while enjoying a hands-on Korean cultural experience.
학생들은 추석에 즐겨 먹는 한국의 전통 음식인 송편에 대해 알아보고 직접 송편을 만들어 보았습니다. 송편의 의미와 만드는 방법을 간단하게 배우고, 직접 반죽을 빚으며 한국의 전통문화를 체험해 보았습니다.
During the activity, students shaped the dough with their hands and carefully made their own songpyeon. They enjoyed creating different shapes and filling each one, making their own special songpyeon to share and enjoy.
학생들은 반죽을 손으로 직접 빚고 속을 넣어 하나씩 송편을 완성했습니다. 각자 원하는 모양으로 송편을 만들며 즐겁게 활동에 참여했고, 직접 만든 송편을 보며 뿌듯한 시간을 보냈습니다.
This activity was a fun way to experience Korean culture through food and hands-on activities. We hope making songpyeon gave our students a chance to learn more about Chuseok, enjoy Korean traditional food, and make another special memory at edm Korean.
이번 활동은 음식 만들기를 통해 한국의 전통문화를 더욱 친근하게 경험해 볼 수 있는 시간이었습니다. 직접 송편을 만들고 맛보며 추석과 한국의 전통 음식에 대해 알아보고, edm Korean에서 또 하나의 특별한 추억을 만들 수 있었습니다.
