One of the most popular meat dishes in Korea!
Samgyeopsal is a cut of pork belly that has the perfect balance of fat and lean meat, giving it a rich and chewy texture.
It's usually grilled on a pan and enjoyed with garlic, ssamjang (a savory dipping sauce), lettuce, and perilla leaves. Pairing it with side dishes like kimchi or doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) makes it even better!
After enjoying delicious Samgyeopsal, we went to a café and had a great time!
