Hello! This is edm Korean Global Campus :D Today, we made gimbap together.
Today, we all gathered together and made Kimbap, a traditional Korean dish. Kimbap is a traditional Korean dish made by rolling rice and various ingredients (such as pickled radish, spinach, carrots, egg, fish cake, and ham) in seaweed.
We learned about Kimbap, how to make it, and then made it ourselves. The Kimbap I made myself was really delicious!
Today, we spent time together making delicious and nutritious Gimbap. The various activities conducted by edm Korean are fun and engaging, and offer many opportunities to learn about Korea.
