안녕하세요! edm 한국어학원입니다 :D 오늘은 저희 학원에서 한국어를 공부하고 있는 외국인 학생들과 함께 특별한 문화 체험 활동을 진행했어요. 바로 한국을 대표하는 음식 중 하나인 김밥 만들기예요!
Hello! This is edm Korean Global Campus :D Today, we had a special cultural activity with our international students who are currently studying Korean at our institute in Korea. We made one of Korea’s most beloved dishes — Gimbap!
김밥에 대해서 배우고, 김밥을 어떻게 만드는지, 그리고 언제 먹는 음식인지 알아보는 시간을 먼저 가졌어요. 오늘 만들 김밥은 기본 김밥으로, 김과 밥, 당근, 단무지, 우엉, 계란, 햄, 오이를 준비했어요. 김밥 만들기 전에 밥에 직접 양념을 하고, 본격적으로 김밥 만들기 준비를 마쳤답니다.
We started by learning about gimbap, how to make it, and when it is typically eaten in Korea. Today, we made classic gimbap, preparing seaweed, rice, carrots, pickled radish, burdock root, eggs, ham, and cucumber. Before rolling the gimbap, we seasoned the rice ourselves and got everything ready to start making gimbap.
김을 먼저 깔고, 그 위에 밥을 얇게 펴 주세요. 그다음 준비된 재료들을 차례로 올리고, 동그랗게 말아주면 맛있는 김밥이 완성됩니다.
First, lay a sheet of seaweed flat, then spread a thin layer of rice on top. Next, arrange the prepared ingredients in order, and roll it up tightly to finish your delicious gimbap.
처음에는 김밥 만들기가 어려워 보였지만, 다들 금세 익숙해져서 맛있는 김밥을 잘 만들었어요. 완성된 김밥을 함께 나누며 즐거운 시간을 보냈답니다.
At first, making gimbap seemed difficult, but everyone quickly got the hang of it and made delicious gimbap. We had a great time sharing and enjoying the gimbap we made together.
한국 음식인 김밥을 직접 만들어 보고, 내가 만든 김밥을 맛있게 먹으며 즐거워하는 학생들을 보니 기분이 참 좋았어요.
It felt really good to see the students happily making traditional Korean gimbap themselves and enjoying the delicious gimbap they made.
