Hello! This is edm Korean Global Campus :D On this beautiful spring day, when we could truly feel the warmth of the season, we visited the War Memorial of Korea in Yongsan with our students!
안녕하세요! edm 한국어학원입니다 :D 완연한 봄 날씨를 느낄 수 있었던 오늘, 우리 학생들과 함께 용산에 있는 전쟁기념관에 다녀왔어요!
The War Memorial of Korea is a place where you can learn about Korea’s history of war, especially the Korean War. It also has a children’s museum, and the outdoor exhibition area displays airplanes, tanks, and ships. We could see families and visitors from around the world taking photos and enjoying their time throughout the museum. Our students also explored the exhibits with great interest and took lots of photos while enjoying the experience.
용산 전쟁기념관은 한국의 전쟁 역사, 특히 6.25 전쟁을 중심으로 다양한 이야기를 만나볼 수 있는 곳이에요. 어린이 박물관도 함께 있어 가족 단위 방문객도 많고, 야외 전시장에는 비행기와 탱크, 배 등이 전시되어 있어 곳곳에서 사진을 찍으며 즐겁게 관람하는 모습을 볼 수 있었답니다. 우리 학생들도 흥미롭게 전시를 둘러보며 사진도 많이 찍고, 새로운 경험을 즐겼어요.
Inside the museum, there are various exhibition halls that cover the history of battles from prehistoric times to the Korean War and even Korea’s overseas deployments. Today, we focused on the Korean War exhibition. It was a meaningful time to reflect on the history and the impact of war, and it was something that everyone could relate to, regardless of their background.
전시장 안으로 들어가면 선사시대부터 이어지는 전쟁의 역사와 6.25 전쟁, 그리고 해외 파병에 대한 내용까지 다양한 전시를 볼 수 있는데요, 오늘은 그중에서도 6.25 전쟁 전시관을 중심으로 관람했어요. 전시를 통해 전쟁의 아픔과 역사에 대해 생각해 보는 의미 있는 시간이었고, 나라와 상관없이 모두가 공감할 수 있는 메시지를 느낄 수 있었답니다.
Although the topic was a bit heavy, it was a valuable experience that helped us better understand Korean history and culture.
조금은 무거운 주제였지만, 한국의 역사와 문화를 깊이 이해할 수 있었던 소중한 시간이었어요.
