At our edm Korean global campus, a variety of snacks are provided for the students.

Here’s an introduction to the snacks available at edm Korean global campus.

Yakgwa is a traditional Korean confection made from honey, sesame oil, and wheat flour. It is often deep-fried and has a sweet, rich flavor with a chewy texture. It is sometimes referred to as "Korean Honey Cookies" or "Korean Honey Pastries" in English.

Chamsal Seolbyeog is a traditional Korean rice cake made from glutinous rice (chapsal), often enjoyed during special occasions or as a sweet treat. The term "Seolbyeong" generally indicates a type of rice cake, and "Chapsal" denotes the use of glutinous rice, which gives the cake a chewy texture. A descriptive translation might be "Glutinous Rice Cake" or "Chewy Rice Cake."
Chamsal Seon-gwa is a traditional Korean confection, typically made from glutinous rice (chamsal), and often includes honey or syrup and is deep-fried to create a crunchy texture. A descriptive translation could be "Glutinous Rice Confection" or "Glutinous Rice Seon-gwa."

Choco pie is a popular Korean snack consisting of a chocolate-coated cake filled with a layer of marshmallow and sometimes with a thin layer of jam or cream. It's similar to the concept of moon pies found in other countries.

It's a popular Korean chewy milk candy, known for its soft and chewy texture. The name is a play on words, combining "말랑" (mallang), meaning "soft," and "카우" (kau), which is derived from the English word "cow," referencing the milk flavor. It is a traditional Korean sweet jelly made from red bean paste (adzuki beans) and agar-agar. It has a smooth, firm texture and is typically served in small rectangular blocks. A more descriptive translation could be "Red Bean Jelly" or "Korean Red Bean Paste Jelly." It is a popular Korean street food, shaped like a fish (specifically, a carp) and typically filled with sweetened red bean paste. A descriptive translation would be "Korean Fish-Shaped Pastry."
